Insurance
With literally thousands of different health plans, it is recommended that you call your insurance provider to see if what chiropractic coverage you have or if they cover out-of-network chiropractic care.
Often times a deductible must be met for insurance costs before your insurance becomes active. This is similar to a deductible on your car that you have to meet before insurance will pay to repair it.
Almost all plans require a co-pay, which is a payment that is made at the time of service.
The following are insurance companies our office is in network with. Although, being in network does not guarantee that you have coverage.
Medicare
Does not cover exams or treatments besides chiropractic adjustments
Western Health Advantage (Landmark)
